Witching Hour ---- Room-mates Wanted......

Ok guys it's getting down to the wire......

Tax returns have arrived for those of in the states and my finances are looking good.....so it just may be that Fire and I are off to Salem this Oct.....

Thing is...we will still be in need of room-mates....(this will be the final deciding factor on if we go or not.)

If anyone what-so-ever is interested in joining us in renting a house please let me know.

There are actually two that I've found over in Gloucester, Mass which is about 15 miles from Salem....

Description....
A new beach home (completed July 2004) located in the private Diamond Cove area of Annisquam in Gloucester. Even though it is not directly on the water, it is the perfect location. You have the use of two (semi-private, association members only) beaches. A minute to the Diamond Cove rocky beach, where you can swim, dive, launch your kayak or just sit and watch the beautiful sunset. It is about a five minute walk to the Annisquam Light House sandy beach. You can also drive to public beaches in the area. Good Harbor Beach or Wingaesheek Beach are nearby. Out the back door you will have a deck with a view of the surrounding woods.

The first floor is an open living and dining area with a wall of southern exposure windows overlooking the woods. There is a gas fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. A guest bath plus a bedroom with a private bath complete the first floor. The second floor is three bedrooms, a bath and a laundry room. From the third floor you can catch a glimpse of the ocean. It is a large open space with a den area around a second gas fireplace, a play area with TV, an extra sleep sofa, and a bathroom.

There is a lot to do in this area, but the best thing is you don't have to do anything! The house is completely furnished and for the convenience of our long distance renters, we operate on a use it up and replace it system for all the staple items (if you use up the salt or the laundry detergent, just replace it before you leave). You don't have to spend a lot of money buying something you will only use a little of and then leave behind. Just bring your clothes and personal items.

When you think about it....a hotel in the area starts at 129.00 per night and all the hotels in the Salem area are completely filled at this point.
The rates I'm showing above are for the full week....not only that but I'll be paying for 2 people right off the bat so in a way you're already looking at a deal.

For those of you who don't know....Fire is my 6ft tall, 15 yr old 'movie' Draco look-alike son so of course he and i will be sharing a room.....if we need to.
Worried about what he'll see??? Don't....as long as you don't go wondering around the house in the buff. He is truly a good kid and I'm a very laid-back mom to a degree.

Interested???? Know anyone interested??? Let me know asap.....I know we'd all like to spend as little money as possible on accomidations. As of this evening the house is still available for renting during con.
